Meet Mary Conrad, our dedicated Senior Account Coordinator at Q Consulting. Hailing from the charming town of Circle Pines, MN, Mary is a proud graduate of UMD, class of 2018. Since then, she has been making waves in the staffing industry, initially as a consultant and quickly transitioning into an account coordinator/management role.

Mary’s journey in the staffing industry has been nothing short of dynamic. Starting as a consultant herself has given her a unique insight into the needs and challenges faced by our consultants. As the glue that binds different facets of our operation, Mary’s role is critical in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of our team. Her ability to navigate and coordinate across various departments is a testament to her organizational skills and dedication to our shared goals.

Outside of work, Mary finds joy in walking her golden retriever, Honey, or enjoying quality time with friends and family. Mary brings the same warmth and coordination to her personal life that she brings to the team.
