With over four years of experience in IT recruiting, Dalton specializes in Web Development, Salesforce Engineering, and Data/Business Analysis. He’s known for being personable, thoughtful, and dialed into what both candidates and clients are really looking for. He thrives on making meaningful connections that lead to long-lasting relationships.

Outside of the recruiting world, Dalton stays active—playing basketball, cheering on Minnesota sports (Let’s go Wolves and Skol Vikings!), growing his own food, and cooking dishes from around the globe.
