The Situation

Q’s client is a financial services organization that is embarking on a multi-year Advisor Experience Transformation. Today, Advisors use a broad set of tools to support clients that are disjointed, and the experience is not streamlined. They are focusing on the creation and refinement of their Advisor Experience journeys including the creation of a new streamlined Advisor Hub bringing together Salesforce, web, mobile, and other tools to allow a cohesive Advisor experience bolstered by data driven insights to continuously improve their client experiences.

The Challenge

To begin the project, they brought in the big hitter Salesforce integration companies to define the high-level requirements and road map. They did a great job to kick off the transformation. However, as they traveled down the roadmap, it became clear that the costs to implement were going to be very high.

The Solution

Q Consulting worked with our client to determine if Q Force could take the reins from the large Salesforce integration companies and deliver at the same quality with a cost savings. Q Force quickly worked to understand the project requirements and the talent necessary to deliver. We delivered high quality certified Salesforce talent that not only has the right skills to deliver, but also is a great culture fit to integrate with the employees on the project. In the end, Q Force was able to do all this at a fraction of the cost, saving our client millions of dollars over the lifespan of the project. We also gave our client the opportunity to hire on some of team that they wanted to keep long term.
